We are specialists and referents in conducting clinical trials and observational studies in children, adults or pregnant women to understand communicable diseases and how to prevent them. We have a network formed by academia, science and the community, and we are guided by good clinical practices and national and international norms and regulations.
Our specialized clinical research team has the capacity to:
- Design studies and write research protocols
- Simultaneously conduct protocols in different phases of clinical development by different blinded and unblinded teams.
- High and rapid recruitment of participants
- Follow-up of participants as required by the different protocols.
- Handle different research products
- Obtain biological samples as required by the protocol, including isolation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) to assess cellular immunity.
- Handling of laboratory samples, including shipment to central laboratories
- Report research results
- Monitor and evaluate research results
- Writing and publishing scientific articles
